E-billing

Paper tuition bills are no longer mailed. Students are reminded periodically throughout the quarter by email to check their tuition statement on MyUW. This is the official bill. Students may authorize online access to their statement by two additional people (for example, parents).

If you are trying to access the Online Tuition Statement and are having difficulties, please verify your email address, the seven-digit student number, and the password sent to you when your access was authorized. In addition, your computer's web browser must accept cookies.

Web Check Payment

You may pay your student's tuition and related charges online by web check from your checking or savings account. If you have been authorized by your student to view his or her tuition statement online, you may also make tuition payments by web check. You will receive an email containing a password and login information and will need a bank routing number, account number, and your student's UW student ID number to complete the transaction.
